Trails: Trail grooming is going well.   Thank you to the groomers for the long hours you put in.   Next time you meet a groomer on the trail, take a moment to say thank you.

 

By-Laws:  The current By-Laws have been revised, and the new & improved version will be presented at the February meeting for review.  A vote will be taken at the March meeting for approval (or not) of the new By-Laws.

 

Elections:  Elections for office will be held at the March meeting.  Anyone interested in running for any office, please contact Ron Crill @ 339-4994.

 

Fund Raisers:

Sled Raffle – Congratulations to Trisha Potocki, grand prize winner of the snowmobile, & to all the cash prize winners.  Thank you all for your support.

 

Poker Run – 2/14/09 - ending @ Yaworski’s.  See attached flyer for details.

 

The Lottery Raffle will again be held for the month of March.  Contact Lynn Hardy @ 675-3812 or Cindy Crill @ 339-4994 if you would like tickets to purchase or sell.

 

Chicken BBQ  - 3/22/09 @ Yaworski’s, from noon till chickens are gone!   Dessert donations will be greatly appreciated.

Oneida County Area Snowmobile Association:

OCASA Meetings are on the 3rd Monday of each month at the Stanwix Men’s Club, from 7 – 9 p.m.  If anyone is interested in representing our club at these meetings, please call Frank @ 339-0645.

 

Landowners: If any landowners need NYSSA vouchers, please complete the form that was sent to you and return it to the club address.  If you need another form, contact Cindy Crill at 339-4994.
